I'm having an engineer friend come and help me build the device -- to double check if what people claim is correct; I'll let you know.
Meantime, in a couple of days actually, I'll be posting info for people to start saving right away -- ONLY with diesel fuel substitute and for diesel engines /and not regular cars (on gas).
